Berlin Exclusive offers an easy and flexible pricing system.

We offer hourly packages following your individual programs. So you pay only what you use!

• The rate is 89,– € incl. taxes per service hour and travel group. We offer discounts of 10% starting at 10 hourly packages.
• A travel group is max 4 persons / extra fees per additional person
• We charge an admin fee of just € 95,– incl. taxes payable after confirmation of booking. The fee will be accounted with BE service charges!
• You pay our services as invoiced until the day of departure by credit card or Paypal.
• All tickets for planned events and any activities to be purchased by BE are to be paid upfront by the guest.
• The booking confirmation of the respective hotel will be send to you directly.
• Any hotel fees will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel. If required, any other way of invoicing may be agreed with the hotel.
• 7 days free of charge cancellation term. Additional terms by respective hotel bookings may apply.
